Dipo Adesina is the Founder and CEO of Agro Angels, a firm focused on helping Africans in Diaspora to invest in the fastest growing sector in Africa, Agriculture.

His passion for education and business, has led Dipo to  leverage his educational background to add value in Corporate America. With a B.A in Business Administration and an MBA from Morgan State University, he was appointed as  a Senior Business Operating Associate with one of the largest staffing companies in the world, Aerotek, managing the company's largest account with more than $27 million in accounts receivable. As a result of his impact in the company, Dipo was selected from a competitive slate of candidates to become a member of the Corporate Diversity Board where he worked with the Regional Chair, CFO, Directors, and Managers to drive key Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within the organization across the country. Understanding the importance of empowering the people of Africa, Dipo’s goal is to reach the Africans in Diaspora to help build Africa through investments and create job opportunities for the unemployed.

Hello Tractor is a social enterprise that is improving food and income security by building a network of “Smart Tractor” owners that farmers obtain service from via SMS. This way, small landowners have access to affordable farm machine services to increase their productivity.
Jehiel Oliver, based in Abuja, Nigeria, is Founder & CEO of Hello Tractor, an agricultural technology company providing farm mechanization solutions through the sharing economy. Hello Tractor has developed a GPS enabled Smart Tractor designed specifically for African smallholder farmers.

Jehiel manages the Hello Tractor team, strategy, and partnerships. He is an Echoing Green Global Fellow and has been recognized for his work in social entrepreneurship and poverty alleviation. Prior to Hello Tractor, Jehiel founded Aya Consulting, a boutique consulting and advisory firm. At Aya he was involved in over a half billion dollars in impact investment transactions across ten countries, including conflict zones. Outside of work, Jehiel remains active serving on the board of Shared Interest (where he is board treasurer and executive committee member) and H4H, both impact investment funds focused in sub-Saharan Africa. He was appointed under the Obama Administration to serve two years as a member of the President’s Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa, where he chaired the technology subcommittee. Jehiel began his career in the US investment banking and private equity industries.
